What's your country / region? I think it might be related to domain itself. The server / clusters behind that domain will provide different installer file for different country / region?

I'm in the USA

😕 The installer file might be different for USA, Chinese Taiwan and other countries / regions? I think the issue might caused by the download server itself.

👀 Both @drshtmstry and I get a 42.8MB file, but you only get 3.64KB of it. They are obviously different. Can't sure what was wrong.

Please check the 3.64 KB file in a text editor. The package manager sometimes downloads the HTML error page served instead of the installer. Reviewing it might help us to determine if it's a webhost or other issue.
